To prepare and lodge your tax return we collect personal and tax information you provide, including your name, contact details, date of birth, residential address, Tax File Number, visa/residency details, income and deduction information, bank details and supporting documents.
How we use it
We use your information solely to prepare, review and lodge your tax return with the ATO, to communicate with you about your return, and to meet our legal and professional obligations as a registered tax agent.
How we protect it
Information is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Your Tax File Number is encrypted at rest, and uploaded documents are stored in access-controlled, private storage. Access is limited to authorised Precent staff.
Disclosure
We disclose your information to the ATO as required to lodge your return, and to third parties only where necessary to provide our services or where required by law. We never sell your personal information.
Marketing
If you opt in, we may send you tax updates, reminders and offers by email, SMS or phone. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
